How do I order?

Ordering is really simple;

1. First take a look at our What’s in the box page to see what you can order from us.
2. Tell us what you want on our order page
3. We’ll email or call you back to confirm your order
4. Your order will be delivered on the next available date

When do you deliver?

We deliver every Tuesday and Thursday.

Delivery day is by area; you can find what day we deliver to your area of Manchester here:

Do I have to be in to receive delivery?

You don’t need to be in to receive delivery. We can leave your delivery somewhere of your choosing around your house where it will be safe. We also accept keys for apartment blocks and codes for entry.

I’m excited! How soon can I get my delivery?

Your order must be with us by 8pm Wednesday evening for delivery the following week.

What’s in the box for next week?

See our ‘What’s in the box?’ page on Friday morning with the following weeks’ delights.
We order from our farmers & producers availablility lists and get confirmation on Friday.

Can I pick and choose what I like?

If you really don’t like something, just let us know and we’ll replace it with another fruit or veg.

What is the payment method?

Please pay by bank transfer (BACS) or Standing Order.
If you do not use internet banking you can arrange a Standing Order through your bank.
We will contact you with our bank details to arrange this.

Why do you need my full address and telephone number?

We need these so a) We can find you, and b) We can contact you if there is a problem.

Can I Make a Repeat Order?

Yes you can! If you’re happy with what we’ve got then please email us if you want a repeat, or rolling order.
